Glycine max - Unique Belize ' soybean or soya bean 50 Seeds
Botanical Name:  Glycine max. Common Name:  'soybean' or 'soya bean'. Everyone knows the soybean it's an annual legume species native to Asia that has been used as a food for thousands of years. It is the most widely grown and utilized legume in the world. Incredibly nutritious (and non-fattening), soybeans are a great addition to any vegetable garden. Soy contains significant amounts of all the essential amino acids for humans, and so is a good source of protein. Soybeans are the primary ingredient in many processed foods, including dairy product substitutes. Although the strain we sell is not a unique heirloom variety, these tan-colored beans have been grown by the Mennonites in Belize for many generations. They are easy to grow, same as any bush bean. If you are in the temperate zones, you should wait till the soil has warmed up. Sow seeds in rows an inch deep and a few of inches apart. They'll be ready in 70 days.

This item is a special packet of fifty (50) Glycine max 'soybean' or 'soya bean' seeds, to be delivered upon receipt of payment. Note that the buyer pays $3.95 postage & handling.
