Plumeria rubra - Wholesale Offering on 100 ''PINK'' PLUMERIA CUTTINGS

$ 200.00     Unavailable     Back

Scientific Name: Plumeria rubra. Common Name: Frangipani. The Plumeria rubra is widely grown for its nice clusters of beautiful "pink", almost red, flowers. It is native to southern Mexico, Belize, Central America and the Caribbean but known and cultivated around the world.  It is easy to grow from cuttings and makes an excellent container plant that is easily cared for. This is a fast growing small succulent-type tree that can grow up to 12 to 15 foot tall. Plumeria plants are hardy and don't require a lot of care.

In milder climates, they can be grown outdoors in the ground and make a small beautiful landscape tree.

In cooler climates Plumeria plants should be grown in containers. They make beautiful potted plants for the patio or greenhouse. If outside, when temperatures dip into the low 40's, they may be stored in their containers or carefully uprooted trying to take as much root as possible and stored over winter in a heated basement or garage where temperatures are kept above freezing. As soon as terperatures rise outdoors they can be brought out and planted again. They will resume growth, leaf out and begin to grow as if nothing happened.

Cuttings are the easiest way to propagate plumerias and the fastest way have plants reach the flowering stage. Our Plumeria cuttings are 12 to 18 inches long, US$2.00 each, and minimum of 100 cuttings. Price is FOB Belize with shipment by DHL or FedEx. Our cuttings are true tips, not mid-sections, and most cases will bloom the same year.

These cuttings are collected from farm grown cultivated trees growing on a certified nursery and are available reliably and in
large commercial quantities. They can be shipped with a Phytosanitary Certificate so you can confident that they are pest-free and approved for export to the U.S. If a Phytosanitary Certificate is required by your country, they are issued by the Belize Department of Agriculture and the price is US$25.00 per shipment.

This item is  a special value bundle of one hundred (100) Plumeria rubra cuttings for nursery grower's or serious collectors , to be delivered upon receipt of payment. Note that the buyer pays shipping costs. Seller will ship by the method of your choice within 7 days of receipt of your order.
