Scientific Name: Capsicum chinense.  Common Name: Habanero pepper. This pepper is an important part of many Belize and Caribbean recipes. It is many times hotter than the Jalpeno. Matures in 90 to 100 days. Acorn shaped, ripens from green to orange and very aromatic. Good in sauces or pickled.
